01交际不广You don’t socialize enough研究表明，人际交往对健康很有益处。Studies suggest that social networks are good for your health too. 如果随着时间的流逝还坚持能和朋友保持联络，那将对健康大有好处。Just connecting with other people, and maintaining those social networks as you age, is good for your health.

Yesterday I was in the grocery store. I saw an older man standing with a sad look on his face. I walked by and gave him a big smile. Immediately, his eyes brightened and he smiled back.
I don’t know why he looked so sad, but for that moment in time he smiled.
